In this day, so many broker trying to get survive in the world of selling and buying property. I think the broker have to become something special to survive, after almost three years in the world of selling and buying property, I could thought about 3 first thing that broker must have to become star in this business.

1. Having enough knowlegde, knowing about our product is a must for us.
2. Having a good communication with the seller and also the buyer.
3. The relation base on trust, the first time meet with the seller or buyer sometimes that is the first time we meet the person, we must having confidence and make them trust us in good ways.
Later on I will have more thing that a broker property must have in they ability to selling and buying property, but the first three above is a must, so it's easy right to becoming a broker property.
